"My mom and I had to stay here while our has some work on. Here's what I found out the room wrecked of cigarette smoke and when I asked for help with a light (fyi they leave a light on the wall the whole night) she was mean and hateful there were dead flies on top of the air conditioner. I left for a meeting and I found out that the maid didn't show up to do anything. The manager and the lady in front office are mean to you after you ask for something."

"Was supposed to be a hot tub and breakfast and had neither but still had to pay a "resort" fee. Bed had just sheets no blanket. One towel and never once did they give us a blanket even when we kept asking."

"We got caught in the leftover storm from Hurricane Nicole late Friday night. So we pulled over for the night at this location. We seen the pictures on their website and assumed it was an ok place to stay for the night. You would figure for almost a hundred dollars it would be somewhat decent. Well the pictures we saw on their website is nothing of what we got. We walked in the room and the odor of a cigarette smokehouse hits you in the face. We don’t smoke. Either the couch was dirty or it was stained up but either way it looked too nasty to sit on. The grate on the air conditioning unit was broken and yes it needed a severe cleaning. There was a bug crawling in the bathroom floor and another one crawling near the bed. The headboard of the bed was very dusty and it actually had a piece of chewed up gum stuck to the top of the headboard. The floor was in need of vacuuming. There were several other issues but it was very late, we was tired, and needed to sleep desperately. So we stayed and left around 6 am. Honestly, I would not recommend this place at all."

"Not only is this place a complete dump, but they tried to charge me $50 to have my service animal with me. I am legally deaf and she is federally training with a card. The foreign owners are rude and barely. Speak English. No thank you, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Between hotel, being a complete dump and disgusting and rude woman at the desk, I do not recommend anyone go here. I should’ve read all these terrible reviews about it before I went to the hotel."

"The room was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom. The sink had not been cleaned. The tray that the ice bucket sits on was gross. The hair dryer was coated in something gross. There were spots on the top blanket. White stains on the chair, nightstand, sofa. I wiped the headboard down and it ruined the towel because it was so dusty. Nothing had been dusted in ages. There was dirt all over the light switches. The refrigerator was a science experiment. It had black stuff growing under the layer of ice. The lobby stunk. I think it smelled like cigarettes but I’m not quite sure what that smell was. They do not offer anything. There is no breakfast, they don’t have toothbrushes, combs, nothing extra or helpful. They don’t even have a bag to put your dirty clothes in in the room. There was stains and sticky red stuff running down the front of the heater. There were balls of hair on the carpet. I didn’t even take my shoes off. With all that being said, the employees were super nice and helpful. The young guy working the front desk was really really nice. The lady as well."
