"I Loved my stay here! The staff here is amazing! They are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and as advertised online. The front desk attendants are always willing to go out of the way to make sure our questions or needs are met. The prices are fair, the place is kid- friendly, and they offer free wi-if which is great! Definitely booking again, the next time I am in the area. No complaints at all."

"This review really isn’t toward staff. Please if you’re going to stay here, please respect that others stay here, and some live here. With kids. For 2 months now I’ve been complaining about this one room who stomps, fights, parties and plays music all night long and even most of the day, and staff are so kind enough to go attend to the matter but the people are so disrespectful they just do it again. It’s so loud to where I have to cut my TV to 100. And still can barely hear it. I had to buy 2 fans, on top of the AC running on top of the tv on just to help my child sleep. I’m a night shift nurse (most days night shift on call) with kids and am going on day 8 of rarely no sleep and an aggravated child. Please respect others!!"

"The bathroom light didn't work, and the room smelled. Found a baby roach and a dedicated roach. The front desk was closed at 10 pm. I mean, close with a metal window cover and lock."

"I had gotten a deluxe queen non-smoking suite, and it was very nice initially, until my friend and I realized that we were missing a lot of things in the room, like the complimentary toiletries, bed sheet, blanket, and towels. It looked like the room was in the middle of being set up but was never finished. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they came to see our room and were very apologetic. They quickly got us a new and ready room of the same type with little hassle. New room was same in quality, just with carpet instead of tile flooring. All things considered, this is a great budget option for what you pay, with accommodating staff, relatively clean rooms, and great location."
