"Rooms definitely "tired." No recognition of Marriott Rewards status. Ate dinner in restaurant; food was not good, service not good as well. 3 people for dinner, all got mediocre entrees at different times (5 minutes apart.) Lounge was best experience. Gentlemen there very much on top of things. Decent breakfast, evening food selection."

"This isn't a 3 star hotel. What kind of a 3 star hotel doesn't have a microwave oven in the room? I booked a room with an M lounge access by shelling out extra money and they told me I don't have access to it without checking properly and almost made me pay for my breakfast. I had to show them the reservation and get my access card. They didn't even apologize for the error for downgrading a paid feature. The rooms aren't that great either. I could have gotten a whole house and a dinner at a nice restaurant if it was an Airbnb instead. I am regretting getting a 3 day stay here instead."

"Stayed two days. Overall positive experience. Quiet, comfortable hotel and lovely staff. Excellent location, comfortable beds, good water pressure, room thermostat worked well. The sliding glass barn door on the bathroom is a particularly terrible design choice offering almost zero privacy. Hopefully Marriott will change this in the future and add more hooks for hanging items in the bathroom while they're at it. Would also love to see EV chargers in the parking lot. Nice breakfasts in the lounge aside from the canister of spoiled milk near the coffee machine, which displayed an alert that it required cleaning. Hopefully it has been cleaned properly. The Christmas display and the lobby in general were beautiful. The employees were all extremely nice. Would stay here again."

"They don't have a business center or a way to get a printout. No one knows how to use the boarding pass complimentary printer. Still, a nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice bathrooms. Good pressure in the shower. They made our beds everyday"

"I would give this zero stars if I could. We booked a room with two queen beds. Upon check in, when we got to our room, it had only one bed - we are a family of four people. My husband called the front desk (who was perfectly lovely and apologetic) but explained to us they had overbooked and there were no rooms with two beds AND no more roll away beds available. We were here for a wedding and I booked this room 6 months in advance and now two people in my family were expected to sleep…not sure where - on the floor? At the foot of the one bed? In the shower? You tell me Marriott. We also asked for additional pillows and blankets and never received them. And also only had two towels - for four people. Absolutely, completely unacceptable and disgraceful. We will be asking for a full refund."
