"Really nice hotel right in the middle of major shopping and eatery. A little dark around outside, could use more lighting. Great desk staff very accommodating. Rooms were real nice."
"We were traveling during the recent Nor'Easter on Sunday, December 17th, from NY to SC and tried to make it as far as we could. At about midnight, we pulled into this hotel. A very large African American male was behind the front desk. He wouldn't unlock the front lobby doors so we could get in out of the bad weather. He started yelling at us and said he was afraid to handle more than one person at a time. He said he was busy and refused to even discuss anything further with us and walked away. He was very rude and obnoxious. I would never stay at this hotel or chain again. We were driving for hours in the pouring rain, with hours to go. We were tired and still had a long way to go. Not a way for a hotel chain to treat a traveler."
"Relatively new Marriott property …clean and well maintained room and public spaces… staff were professional and helpful…room rate was very reasonable, but the cost of a plain, medium size cup of coffee ($4.60) was ridiculous."
"I stay in Marriotts due to their normal high attention to detail and quality. Checked in as a gold elite Marriott Member and went into the first room to see the bed had been slept in. After apologizing they set us up with another room that also had dirty bed linens. Although very apologetic they did not have any other clean linens and had to go take them from another room. I could look past the smell of the room and the hair on the bathroom floor but (2) dirty beds puts this on the never again list for me."
"Beautiful hotel with clean, spacious rooms. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shower had pretty good water pressure. All of the staff was very pleasant, especially the bartender who served us at the hotel bar in the evening. The only thing that makes me rate this hotel 4 stars instead of 5, is that the mini fridge in our room wasn’t cold and caused our leftovers to go bad. Otherwise this was a very nice hotel and I would stay again and recommend it to others."
