"Listen… don’t come here unless you are ready to cuss the WHOLE STAFF OUT for PISS POOR SERVICE and want to be an inconvenience for asking for the simplest of things that SHOULD ALREADY BE INCLUDED IN THE ORDER!!! How hard is it to get service a family sized mashed potato with NO GRAVY via the drive thru and put napkins in the bag???!!! Don’t get mad and huffy and puffy with me bc I sent it back.. there’s a reason I asked for NO GRAVY. You have it in the receipt do not include gravy, it’s simple… why is there still gravy on the potatoes?! And I could have let this go… but when I asked for napkins because clearly there are NONE IN THE BAG… don’t tell me it’s in the bag and just close the window. I’m showing you there is Gravy all over the container of the potatoes that should not have any gravy! Clearly if I had napkins I would have used them instead of asking for them! It’s a simple request I’m not asking for the world! I don’t want to be at your job that’s not my fault! Don’t take your frustration out on me!"
"Hospice RN in here just taking a short break. I was going to grab my food and go but the atmosphere was so inviting. The team on now has such great energy and excellent customer service! This is something you don't see often and I wanted to take the time to acknowledge it in the moment! Plus, they are playing a good variety of music! Thank you!! :-)"
"This location used to be my favorite. However, today on December 1, 2023, I experienced slow service. It took me over 20 minutes to get my food, even though only 2 customers were ahead of me. The workers no longer smile; it seems like they have lost their enthusiasm. Unfortunately, I have decided not to get my chicken here anymore."

"This Bojangles is consistently top notch. I've been coming back for years. The efficiency of the crew perfecting your order so quick will amaze you. This includes the quality of the food and the care in packaging. I normally go through the drive-thru, but tonight I placed my order online and went inside to pick it up. I was greeted with a lot of enthusiasm and to top it off, the inside was well lit and clean! I'm writing this an hour and a half later with a happy belly! As a bonus, there is somewhat of a rare sight in the pond out back, a bunch of Muscovy ducks."
