"Just terrible every time, I need to stop going back. I think today was the last straw, I ordered a ham/egg/cheese croissantwich and a sausage/egg/cheese croissantwich. Easy order, right? I came home with two sausage/egg/cheese croissantwiches. And this was all after dealing with the awkward, clunky process that is the drive through; every time you pause after speaking they just tell you the total as if you’re not going to order anything else. Sometimes they don’t tell you which window to go to (it changes) or your total. And then they hand you some food without saying anything. Like gee, I hope I have all my food, but who knows, they already closed the window and walked away! I hate when people sit at the window and go through their bag to make sure everything is there but I’m realizing why there is such a need for it, this BK gives me the wrong food almost every time. This combined with the terrible drive through service is making it hard for me to want to go there anymore. BK has good food but the staff here are just so bad at their job and probably don’t care. Really sad."

"Nothing worse than being hungry, then disappointed with the food item(s) on e you sit down to eat... The food wrapper was totally greasy... It definitely was not a freshly wrapped whopper sandwich. I was disappointed because I didn't find this out until I got home..., too far to go back for a replacement burger."

"I took my sons here today for an after school snack. He wanted a Jr burger and onion rings with a coke. The woman taking my order was less than helpful when I told her I didn’t know the combo number because the digital screen keeps changing as I’m browsing. So she asked me what I wanted on the burger and I asked for onion rings and coke with the combo. I get to the window and pay. When I ask for my drink they say it doesn’t come with one, then I found out I paid $11.68 for a kids burger and onion rings. Then I tried to call the survey on the receipt and of course it’s illegible. What a disappointment and waste of $12. This king has lost his crown."

"Stopped for a quick lunch at Burger King, Mercury Blvd., Hampton, VA, and was surprised to learn that the majority of the staff are new. I ordered a whopper combo FOB (fresh off the broiler), and after receiving my meal at the drive-thru, the burger and fries were cold; the meat appears as though it had been sitting on a warmer for minutes, and the condiments were thrown on top of the burger without any consideration for the guest who would ultimately consume it. Moreover, I was extremely displeased with my whopper meal. However, I should've trusted my gut and checked my bag thoroughly before leaving the drive-thru line. ***Burger King have it your way. I think not."
