"Excellent! So, so good! The service, the location, the ice cream, cupcakes, and milkshake were all amazing. It was a hot day, and this was the perfect cooldown. We had wonderful, helpful service with a smile. The young lady answered all of my questions and even gave suggestions when asked. My husband had a cookie n cream milkshake. It is bluebell ice cream, creamy and delicious. The milkshake had the perfect consistency. Even on this hot day, it didn't melt right away. And, it was served with a milkshake straw, which is super important yet somehow overlooked by many other shops in the area. I had a cookie ice cream sandwich. It was a sugar cookie. You pick the flavor. I went with cookies n cream after a suggestion. I got my mother a Key lime cupcake and a double lemon cupcake. She said they were delicious! They must have been because they were gone before I could snap a picture! Everything was exceptional. And it smells amazing in the open-air historic brick building in beautiful downtown Phoebus, Hampton VA."

By the time I got there, it was slim pickings, to be expected, but they still fully accommodated us and made sure we had a 5-star experience! I will be back time and time again."

"My friends had got a custom cake here a few times and based on their experience the people there seemed overall nice and talked through what they can offer and make. And the cakes were good! Rich cream and moist cake, the flavors were tasty. And then I've also had their lemonade and peach cobbler chewie(?) Which were also good. Overall solid bakery goods~"

"I’m in town visiting family and they told I had to try this bakery and they were absolutely right! Not only is the desserts and ice cream delicious but also the food! We got The BB (bacon jam and bacon grilled cheese ) and The Scratch Club to eat,the mango orange sorbet, and 1/2 Cookie Monster 1/2 crazy for cookie ice cream, and one strawberry cake and one Cookies and cream cake to go! They did not disappoint and also the young man behind the counter was so pleasant! If you are in town definitely try them out!"
