"I have ordered here several times and I always order extra marinara sauce, however, I don't ever receive it. I always leave a tip regardless of how rude the cashier is. If I added up all of the money I have spent on ordering extra marinara sauce and never gotten it I can guarantee I would be more upset than I am now. My bread sticks were hard and dry (over cooked) the cookie was the same. So very disappointed!"
"Overall great pizza spot. Employees have a positive vibe every time I go. The pizza is by far the best, in my opinion, always tastes great and is made exactly as asked. Even in the small chance they messed up, they'll remake the whole pizza again. I usually spend less here then any other spot."
"Got charged for order but never got it. They claim they didn't receive the order but I have the confirmation receipt and the charge on my credit card. Never got the pizza and no offer was made to make the order. Only charged us for it. Was trying to take out."

"A Door Dasher's perspective: They made me waste more than an hour waiting for one pizza and bread sticks. Many Dashers and customers were waiting absurd periods of time for simple things; dipping sauce, for instance! If you're dashing during a promotion period, you're taking a gamble going here. Fantastic pan pizza though!"
