"I’ve rented studios at two Hive locations now and it’s always been great. A huge plus is having an in-house maintenance crew. Any needed repairs are taken care of within a day or two. The owner is very present and approachable, and the site manager drops in regularly and is proactive in dealing with any issues that arise. The common areas are always kept clean and fresh. It’s great having a huge break room and kitchen for tenants, as well as plenty of laundry facilities. Most of all, my clients love it! They always comment on what a cool place it is, and I agree."

"As someone new to the Richmond area, stumbling upon this place felt like hitting the jackpot! I had been looking for a new hair stylist and I saw that this place just opened near me. I have been to a few of these kinda of "studio for rent" places as I prefer to support small business owners but I think this is by far the best I have seen. The space is super clean, spacious and modern-looking. The first impression is a stunning mural right as soon as you walk in! Lots of comfy seating as well while you wait for your appointment. One of my favorite parts though has got to be the free on-site parking in the back. It was such a relief to not have to worry about being late to my appointment while struggling to find street parking. Overall seems like there is a really great blend of other beauty professionals here in this space too. Love the vibe and since its so conveniently close to me I can definitely seem myself coming back to take advantage of the other services offered here. Definitely check them out!"

The space is always impeccably clean and welcoming. Convenience is key for me, and being a downtown Richmond resident, I couldn't be happier with the location. It's super convenient to get to for my monthly haircuts, and the fact that they have parking available is a lifesaver.
