"*Editing to add that the manager reached out to me to schedule a complimentary service the next morning. She seemed sincere in her apology.* Bombshell has canceled on me 3 times in a row with 2 out of 3 being the day before. There has been an excuse each time, but I don’t feel that they have prioritized rescheduling me. At this point, it has been 3 weeks since I should have had my hair done, so the maintenance and cost of my next appointment is going to be very high."

"I originally came in with my daughter for a wedding consultation, we discussed in length about how my hair would be styled. When I showed up the day of the wedding, I was told I didn’t have an appointment and they would try to fit me in. I gave them my name and phone number after the consultation and we were given a time to show up. The makeup ladies were absolutely wonderful and did a great job, the hairstylist was the same one I consulted with and we reminded her that it was an updo. She did an awful job, we kept telling her and showing her pictures of the consultation and she couldn’t get it to stay up. Eventually we just had to go with the severely untidy job she did because we were running out of time and had to get the venue. I would absolutely get my makeup done there again, but never my hair. And yes, I did call the shop afterwards and they were not helpful."
