"Mar. 4th 2024 @ 8pm Bought 8 bottles of 2 gallon whole milk. What happened is the price on the glass door of refrigerators for the 2 gallon whole milk is $2.79 and when we checked out on the self check out, the price is $3.09. When we asked Vanessa the manager, she said that they should fix it!!!! who are they? She is in charge of the section, but she blamed other employees. She asked another employee, Stephanie, to go check on the glass door because they didn’t trust us. they thought that we are lying or digging for 30 cents. Stephanie came back and she said oh I didn’t check on the glass door and the other employee said that Stephanie was on a break. At that time we just gave up and paid the full price $3.09 and this is not the first time this happened with us. Prices on items are not the same prices on the system. I have a business and I usually buy 10 bottles of the 2 gallons milk every three days from the same store. The manager, Vanessa , was unprofessional and employees were disrespectful."
"This Smith's Store opened around 1980 and is a medium to small size store. There's a large turnover in the types of products this store sells. Produce dept. is small and often not the freshest lettuces mushrooms or salads in stock. Most fruits are only available in season. Bananas stocked all the time. Large delicatessen with soups, salads, sandwiches and sushi. Large variety of speciality cheeses and deli meats. Prices are medium to high for grocery and non food items like paper plates napkins pet food cleaners and personal care items."
