NPS Store Industrial

"Long gone are the days of treasures. Place is more of a dumping ground for stuff that should be recycled. All off-brand stuff people bought, realized was garbage, and returned to stores like Amazon. The stores like Amazon don’t want it back so they auction it off. NPS among others buy it and resells it. Didn’t use to be this way. They have competition now bidding for the same lost freight and returned items. So they get less of the good stuff and buy more of the left overs. Then they try and spread it between (3) stores and eBay. You know where this is headed…slim pickings. Sure if you have nothing to do and can be there 2 hours before they open. You can be lucky enough to reenact Black Friday in hopes of finding the one pallet with one item that 30 other people want. Basically if your time is worth nothing swing on by. If you like museums swing by the collectibles. Even the employees are flabbergasted about the stuff the goes in there and stays there some for more than 7 years!!! It remains there because the owner also likes to collect dust bunnies. Since when is a cutting board from William Sonoma a collectible? They’ve spread themselves too thin. So if you’re bored and only a block away stop by. But it’s not worth going out of your way. It’s no longer a Nice Place to Shop it’s just some where to go if you’re time isn’t worth anything."

"Several rude staff members , poor customer service as well as rude manager Tammi. Never returning to this location as there are better options . Pricing is all over the place . This place used to be a good place to find good deals and now it's made aweful because of the people who work there with zero customer service skills that just stand around talking to each other all day and act like it's a bother and burden when a customer asks them for assistance. Will definitely be looking for a new place and not referring any more customers to this place. It's crazy because the other side with clothes and groceries is so much different and run so much better."

"This is the state of this store. Its a mess, employees and managers are rude. It has continued to go down hill every year. Every time they get a bad review a good one pops up giving glowing reviews to the manager by name. (Suspicious Much?) Pricing is inconsistent or prices missing completely. And they wont price at the register. (Customer Service is non existent here) They will change prices at the register sometimes, accuse you of price switching. Employees gossip about each other and regular shoppers. Hours of bargain and drop areas are inconsistent. So many other stores like this one now. Value Vault, Big Deal Outlet, The Liquidation Team, Basically Any Bin Store, Restore, Storage Steals and Deals. Ive shopped here 10+ years. I only continue to shop here because of my non profit we can get a great deal here on items we use regularly when they go 70 off but every visit feels unpleasant and its sigh of relief when I get back to my car. So glad I dont have to come here often..lol @ Mario"

"Seems like everytime I come here the Merchandise is moved to another area. They seem to have items from all areas of construction, commercial, and industrial. I just came for some different kinds of tape, got about six different kinds and a roll of wire. This is a large area and like the store on the other side of the road, which is also a large area so expect to get a lot of walking if you visit this location or across the street"

"This place is full of all kinds of things. Not all of them good. This place used to have really good deals and quality stuff. Now a days it seems a bit run down and picked over. The sell damaged goods at full price! If you google half the stuff it is the same price as new or maybe a dollar off. If you don’t mind buying ideas that fell of a truck just be sure to research the items before you buy. You may be surprised at the deals they claim to have."
