"My very first grocery store when I moved here from Texas 14 years ago. I am a preferred customer who relished the discounts. Not so much any more due to the 75 cents charge for cash back. A really dumb move by this company who really has lost a loyal customer."
"I liked this Smith's until I went in there tonight (Sat.1/7 11:30p). The tall lady (or guy ?) with bright red short hair w bullnose piercing made me feel so uncomfortable and I felt unwelcome there. I said hi to her when I walked in and she just gave me the dirtiest look without saying anything back, I never in my life have been treated this way at an establishment before; it makes me not even want to go back there... Aren't the workers there in front supposed to greet you on the way in?? Maybe I'm wrong..."
"I tried to do a pick up order, they called me early in the morning work up my 1 year old when they called & asked if my pick up time could be pushed because they needed 30 more mins to get it done. Then called me 30 mins later and said they had to cancel my order due to not having everything I ordered. NEVER AGAIN will I shop here because it sounded like they were just being lazy & didn’t want to do their job"

"It's a great place to shop. I come here because it's close to my home. My only concern about this place, are the people working here. Some if the workers are nice especially with translating. But others are straight up rude. Some of the young workers make you feel like you are bothering them. I'm not sure if it was the store manager or I dont know, but he was being rude to some of the customers and his own employees. I hope they change they're customer service. And not just with customers but with their employees as well."
