"I've been going here consistently for a little over a year now and recently things have gone downhill. When I go to the store in person, I have issues with damaged packaging. When I get delivery, LOTS of mistakes in what ends up getting delivered. Tonight i had a delivery order that just never ended up coming, even though the tracking said "packaged ready for delivery". This is the second no given resson cancelation my family has had with this whole foods where we don't get the cancelation notice until way later than the delivery time frame and so late in the day that we can't get our groceries through another avenue for our next days food."

"This is in the Top 10 of all the Whole Foods we have visited across this country. We travel for my husband’s work and have been in Whole Foods from Maine to California. The store is very well organized, well stocked and clean. The produce department was top notch! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our cashier was a breath of sunshine. This will definitely be one of our regular shopping locations in the next few months. Thanks for all your hard work!"

"Interesting layout- the entrance is a bit concealed through a parking garage, but you’ll figure it out- just follow the other people going in. Lots of natural and unique food choices. Prices are a bit higher than other natural food stores. Self-checkout is a bit of a learning curve the first time. Come prepared with your Amazon Prime account QR code to scan to be able to utilize prime member or discounts. I had no idea that was a thing until I was standing at self checkout trying to find my QR code in my Amazon app. I waited looking for a store employee and it took several minutes to identify one- but once I saw one nearby they were willing to help me find my Amazon prime in-app QR scanner. It’s a big store! Plan more time to get in and out if you are in a hurry."

"Customer service at Whole Foods. Never have I ever come across someone soo rude. I checked in for my Amazon pick up 5 minutes before close. Nothing. Went to the door (2 minutes after close) to ask if they’d be bringing it out or if I could just grab the order myself, but this man didn’t even let me talk! Not even 2 words in and he says, “Nope! Nope! We’re closed” I understand you’re closed, he didn’t understand that I had ALREADY paid for my groceries that he didn’t bother to let me ask about. I wasn’t trying to lolligag around the store, I was picking up my PAID FOR GROCERIES. But he just shut the doors in my face! I wish I would’ve seen his name tag, but this is what he looks like from the grocery pick up parkings. Whole Foods, I’ve never been treated this way by ANY of your employees, EVER. This is a big disappointment, I like Whole Foods too much to give you ONE star, but that man easily brings you to the negatives in your customer service"

"One of my favorite grocery stores around town. It's huge, clean, well organized and very nice and helpful crews too. They have good selections of all grocery items, meat/seafood section, fruits/vegetable section, freshly baked bread and pastries, various cheeses, ice cream and dairy products, everything. They used to have a mongolian grill where you can make your own dish with your own selection of veggies, protein, carbs and sauce and hopefully they bring that back since covid dies down. Huge covered parking that has access to the grocery."
