Bradgate Park
“I love this place. I discovered it the day I visited and it was a really enjoyable visit. Seeing the beautiful wildlife roaming free was great. I took my DSLR camera with me, and I'm so glad I did. I'd recommend this place to anyone who loves the outdoors and wildlife. Even those who enjoy photography!”
Bradgate Park (Newtown Linford Entrance)
“A great place for walks, only a stone’s throw from Leicester. Amazing scenery that you’d otherwise have to travel quite a long way to see (e.g. to the Peak District). Several local cafes in Newtown Linford opposite the entrance to the main car park, although all of them quite pricey. Food also available at the cafe in the middle of the park itself, although check seasonal opening hours.”

Richmond Park
“Richmond Park is by far my favorite park in London! Due to the size of it each time I visit I see different parts of it and different packs of deer. Every season it's a good season to walk there and it's dog & cycle friendly! There are not many places to drink at the park so make sure you bring your own.”

Tollymore Forest Park
“A beautiful forest park which is situated around 2 miles away from Newcastle city. There are some historical bridged and constructions inside the park. Inside the park there are many rivers and small waterfalls. Also there are 3 Game of Thrones locations in the park. Number of trails are available which you can select according to your interest, which include some trails with high elevated areas and some others with mostly flat. I think the park is more attractive and beautiful in Autumn.”

“Great place to visit for the outdoors. Beautiful lake with plenty of walking/cycling routes. Slightly busier than normal but thats kind of to be expected considering. Not many places to sit at the moment but theres plenty of grass.”
National Trust - Clumber Park
“Really lovely even despite the heavy rain during our visit—coffee and snacks were still being sold, staff were friendly and helpful, parking was plentiful, dog walkers and cyclists were courteous, grounds were clean, pumpkins were dotted about along with little spots for autumnal photos. Our kids had buckets of fun puddle jumping and finding dry dens as shelter from the weather (and so did we!)—we'll definitely be back to explore more of the grounds and I'll update my review then, too x x”
Roundhay Park
“Lovely park! The council and local groups do a great job of maintaining the park. Parking can be an issue when busy, but there are a plethora of transport options other than by car. Just be thoughtful to local residents and park considerately. Along with my visit to the park, I attended the Monet Gardens which were a pleasant surprise. You don't often find such a great addition to a council park. LCC have done a wonderful job with the reconstruction of their Chelsea Flower Show contributions. I think the park offers everyone a great day out. You will never be bored when visiting here, there is an abundance of history located all over the park and events are regularly held across the year.”
Graves Park
“Beautiful park and great fun for kids visiting the farm. Entry is free but if you arrive by car, please note there is a pay and display car park. Loads of animals, good layout, sufficient rest places for small feet and great playground. Can't fault it and highly recommend visiting for big and small.”

Golden Acre Park
“It was truly amazing. I went around evening when the sun was almost there, captured a few good pictures of the sunset, the flowers and trees. It was a peaceful walk, it got dark, took a while to figure the route to the car park in the dark, there are 2 car parks on either end. But it felt like an adventure trying to find my way back. Would definitely recommend going here for a solo walk or a dog walk.”
Meanwood Park
“Such a wonderful park. It has many different paths that can be taken and is just a beautiful park. I feel very lucky to live next to it.”
