"It should be an option to leave negative stars, one star is way to generous. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this clinic. The worst doctor I've ever seen in all my years. Run, you deserve better, you will not get any insight, absolutely no explanation he will barely say anything. RUN Unless you can read minds you will get nothing from this so called dr. My experience with "dr" Joseph was bad each time. I only returned as it would delay testing an actual neurologist needed. I have these test done before this was the first and only time that results were not provided same day. I gave ample time for him to document his notes and upload the test. When I go looking, he has put things I literally NEVER said. Yes! I will be reporting him. It was also alarming but I brushed it off as maybe we all look alike. When he entered the room he asked me about a brace, not once did we even discuss anything, and as you guessed it, he said nothing else, which led me to the we all must look a like as a real doctor if he did mean to try alternatives would tell you. and apparently what I was telling him, he decided to translate differently. I finally got his little notes and again he's altering what I stated, this time it was a few things correct like "she" and a couple others. Under no circumstances would I ever return or refer anyone to joseph. It is hard for me to believe that he is actually licensed, I have never met a neurologist that even appeared incompetent, doesn't seem like he has a clue. You are literally better asking Google and researching yourself, lots of competent neurologist youtube videos too. Don't waste your time or money. He not only misdiagnosed me, but has the top spot for creating a new diagnosis for something I have been dealing with for about 20 years on and off and fortunately for me, I was not his patient and I saw some really good neurologist that documented my complaints, communicated and tried to help me understand. This office is equivalent to washing your car in the rain, it makes no sense and the car is still dirty. Right after my first appointment, I immediately went back to searching for a real neurologist and scheduled an appointment the week after my test as the results should've been provided and in the system the same day, 1 day maximum, nope incompetence as is highest level. Also, I'm still waiting for my refund, which was also requested with the poor noted provided. The VA will be reaching out to obtain the image/graph that should have been provided. It's is absurd that any clinic can limit information as if it belongs to them. Paid for by me, results just like every other doctor I've seen ALL have been provided by me. You guest it, I will get another EMG, can't trust any doctor that elects to forego documenting what a patient said. This is not simple using different words, guys is misleading inaccurate never been said ever. Also this guy ignores your pain, I literally had to raise my voice as I told him that I was in pain. He didn't care, no sorry my apologies just tried a couple more times nothing said."
