"I took my kids here after seeing reviews back in May that it was a pretty decent place based off the most recent reviews. I requested Dr. Char since that is who I saw people praising. My kids saw her and she is a really good Dr, no complaints except that the last time my son saw her we felt pretty rushed, barely anytime with her (the provider) to address issues. I didn’t think much because I figured it may have just been “one of those days”. Last week 8/28 I had to take my son in because he had been limping and unable to apply pressure (mainly on one) foot. Dr. Char had a full schedule so we had to see the other pediatrician NEVER AGAIN! She had no personality AT ALL, while she was doing the assessment my son was laughing because he is very ticklish she seemed irritated that he was laughing then she just left room and didn’t say anything at all! The nurse came in with an X-ray order & we left directly to have X-rays done. I called 8/31 Thursday morning because my son could barely walk and left a voicemail on the nursing line after calling Touchstone and being told the pediatrician’s office would have to call to get things expedited because the imaging had still not been read & they are very backed up and short staffed. It is now 9/6 and I still have not heard back from anyone. I am almost positive if it were one of their own children they would have addressed this within 24 hours or less. From now on I will be timing all of my child’s appointments as well as how long the Dr spends in the room addressing the issues and will be requesting an itemized bill to see what is being billed to my insurance, I will also be notifying my insurance that the providers at this office have spent less then 5 minutes with my child the last 2 (out of 3 appointments). I’m curious what the audits will determine."

It’s so hard to find a doctors office that really cares and shows empathy with our precious babies but every time she seems to never fail with her patience and compassion with children! I’m sure everyone she comes across is WOWED by her love for kids. Thank you for everything you do at the facility."

"My 2 daughters have been patients of Dr. Char since 2016. My oldest has aged out but hates that she is not able to have Dr. Char as her PCP anymore. I absolutely love Dr. Char bedside manners. She is attentive, friendly and great with her patients. Dr. Char makes sure to include the patient and parents in the entire appointment. I love the patient/doctor relationship we have with her. If you are in need of a Pediatric doctor, please bring your kids to see her. You won't regret it!!"
