"This company is trash. Would absolutely never recommend. Auto pay pulls earlier than due date, customer service is poor, worst business hours to communicate with anyone, closed on weekends. There are far better companies out there that won’t waste your time. Just do yourself a favor and don’t bother. I hope they go out of business. Worthless. Hardly worth 1 star"
"Spent 10 years as an agent with this company. Starting out it's a decent set up. But after that it's all downhill. Constant underwriting changes, horrible continuation of training, upper management is basically non existent. I truly regret staying as long as I did. If you are going to be a "captive" agent then the things listed above have to be there for you. This company pays very low commission rates compared to being ann independent agent, and you have no benefit to being captive. The life underwriting team is the worst I have ever seen."
"This company has horrible policies that make things very difficult for customers. Add to that; they rarely have enough staff to properly operate. I called, asking for ID cards and a binder, for a mutual customer. I was on the phone with them for over an hour, talked with no less than 5 representatives. The process should of taken 10-15 minuets and one rep. I've been doing this since 2015, almost 10 years, this is the first time I've ever left a review like this. I dont care about my time being wasted, I care about the time of our mutual customer, too bad they dont"
"The St Pete, Florida office is a great help. After 3 months of phone calls. Trying to get my policy cashed out the finally told me that the dates on the paperwork had a match. It's still a work in progress."
