"Overall The person helping me with my insurance questions was very helpful BUT when initially calling, the wait/hold times were not the same as what the automated message said. Example: my first time calling, I was told I was third in the queue and had a 11 minute wait. I waited 20 minutes and at that point I was still third in the queue. I left my phone number for a callback. Once my turn was available it was 2 1/2 hours later Before I got a call back and I missed it."
