"My daughter lost her retainers (right after she got her braces removed). The staff was very considerate of our situation and give us an appointment right away at her dentist’s office to get a replacement. However, they did not have the trays with the right size for my daughter to make the retainers. They called multiple other locations to get us an appointment at a different office so that my daughter could get her retainers replaced ASAP. They went above and beyond to help us out. Glad to have both my kids get their dental care with this practice."

"The dentist and staff here were kind. Because my daughter has asthma and needed cavity fillings, they referred me to their partner that does in hospital fillings. They said my daughter needed 8 fillings with silver caps, and it would need to be done under anesthesia. They did not give me any other options. They determined this without reviewing/talking about her current asthma medications or inquiring on the last time she had an asthma flare up. Reluctantly I scheduled the appointment and they wouldn’t be able to have it done until 2 months later. For some reason, in December right before the procedure was to be done there was an issue with her insurance that didn’t get resolved until right after Christmas. When I went to reschedule the appointment something told me to get a 2nd opinion. So, we scheduled with a different office not in their group. They showed me her X-rays, reviewed her asthma protocols and gave me 3 different options. She did NOT need 8 fillings or silver caps, she only needed 5 fillings and had the option of getting the white caps (I don’t know the proper word for them). She did NOT need to be put under anesthesia. The new office offered an appointment to get the procedure done later that day and we took it. It really really made me feel like this office/their partner was money hungry through insurance and just wanted to do the most expensive procedure they could, with unnecessary things. So my daughter had her procedure somewhere else and was able to avoid anesthesia. I gave them 2 stars because they were kind, but I wouldn’t recommend their judgement without a 2nd opinion."

"The dentist here is top notch. He has a wonderful demeanor and knows how to deal with children. The hygienist is great she is efficient and quick. My son hates the dental cleanings but she made them easy to deal with. The receptionists ate wonderful and always very helpful. Overall, just a great experience."

"LOVE Dr Adam!!! He is so laid back, friendly & really made my 4yr old feel loved & special to help calm any nerves. We definitely will be back & recommend anyone to their office! His assistant (didn't catch her name) was so sweet & friendly too! Explained everything in detail (even though I have dental field background) she was so good to my boy and took great care of him! Can't wait to bring our 2yr old babygirl!!!"
