They kept me updated as possible when The delivery window increased to 2months due to Covid. However, if anything happens to the furniture, support is not going to be a good experience due to the vendors they utilize. I had a part that wasn’t installed properly and broke off and it is unable to be replaced.I just didn’t enjoy buying a bed I can not longer use due to the cracked slat pieces."
