"Ordered my pizza and as always I track my order. When it said my order had been delivered I knew it went to the wrong address because I was still waiting at the door for it. I called Little Caesars and they told me I had to contact Door Dash delivery. Door Dash told me their system was down and I would have to call back later. Need I say I am not a very happy lady right now and my pocket book is $35. lighter......."
"I guess if you don’t tip you get no thank you or nothing after they hand you the receipt. Lol dudes whole demeanor changed when he seen I didn’t tip lol…also the pizza was good but I paid 8.65 for the extra pepperoni pizza and got hardly any pepperonis on it so I’m either going to start checking my pizza before I pay out or order through app for pizza so I don’t have employees side eyeing me because I’m not tipping them on their already hourly base pay for a job description they had already got hired on for?! If you want tips, go be an actual server! Where someone brings me refills, my food and checks on me and asks how my food is tasting and if everything came out correctly!!! I’ll tip accordingly…. Little Caesar’s gtfoh with that tipping option! Your employees are being rude to customers who aren’t tipping now?!"

"So this is the second time we have gone in (my partner and I) and ordered our food and received it completely wrong. Both times we had confirmed with the gentleman at the counter our order twice. And both times we were missing something completely from our order of like 2 items. And then rather than fixing it. We are rushed out of the store 20 min. From close. And they lock the door super early. I come from working at a pizza shop. And it makes no sense to close that early. Especially when there's mobile orders in the little pick up box. I am quite disappointed and saddened that Customer service at this store has been so bad. And I hope it can get fixed soon."
