"Went here for brunch during our stay at the kimpton Harper Hotel. Food was excellent. We got the breakfast sandwich and short rib hash. Both were full of flavor. The short rib meat was also very tender!"

"Had an amazing experience here! Started with the beetroot salad which was perfectly complimented by the crunchy kale in it. For the main course it was the wild mushroom fettuccine which was really light, not over the top perfectly cooked! My friend had the bone marrow appetizer and loved it too. For dessert we had the pistachio cream cake, which was unbelievably light, and the exact amount of sweet. Would love to visit again, special thanks to the Bartender who helped us in selecting dishes. Kudos for the quick service and seating!"

"Cool chic italian restaurant. It's pricey but you get what you pay for. The burger is big and great value for all you get. I like the char the burger had. !The linguine. A carbanara done right with a raw egg on top. I wish it had a bigger lunch portion. Fyi. Wait to be seated."

"This place could easily be 5 stars BUT, where it falls short is the service. The atmosphere is dark, cozy, and vibey. The pasta was phenomenal and so were our drinks! The wait for food was long, and there was even a wait for our cocktails, like over 15 minutes! Mind you, this was a Saturday night but they were NOT busy. We caught the staff standing in the back chit chatting for over 10 minutes without any of them checking on their tables. After we received our food our table was not revisited, and I had to ask a busboy to bring the bill. It was just 2 of us so it wasn’t a big deal but we did have places to be and did not appreciate the added stress that was truly not necessary. Everyone was kind, just slow! But again, the food and the drinks were 5 stars and I definitely plan on going back, but with nothing scheduled afterwards so as to enjoy my meal!"

"Believe the reviews. This place is almost perfect. Where it lacks is the wait times and that can ruin it for anyone. Food tastes phenomenal. Staff is very friendly. A table for two should not take 2+ hours for them to eat/ drink (dinner) and at any given time there should be no empty glasses of (cocktails/ beverages) especially if the food is taking a long time to come out. It definitely seemed like the manager was concerned and apologetic about the delays but it seems like it’s a pattern here (reading other reviews) so how do you fix it? We will go back and dine some more. Again the food was amazing. Some of the best tasting food we have had in Fort Worth and that says a lot because we eat lots of places. How does iL Modo fix the inconsistencies to make this a destination? I will try again to see what they come up with!"
