"I love this location. always have my order correct and always ready when I get there. the only negative i see, and it is a corporate decision, is the price of the chocolate chip cookie has gone up from $5.99 to $7.99. it's only $2, but it's the principle. I didn't comment on the atmosphere bc I just go in and pick my order up."

"I picked up my order and it was ready to go in 15 minutes! It was hot and my sauces were all ready to go. The restaurant was clean and the personnel were attentive. When I got home and ate my deep dish cheese pizza and my pepperoni melt they were both delicious! I will definitely order from this location again!"

"Horrible. They’re obviously hiring anyone at that location and it shows. My pepperoni pizza was flat like they was running out of dough or something. They wings had barely any sauce and they were dry. Someone cut my pizza into 6 slices instead of 8, and they were very big and very small slices. This is the second time I ordered through them in a week, and I promise that’s the last time I’ll ever order there. I’ll drive to the one in forest hill, they’re how Pizza Hut should be."

"This is absolutely one of the best pizza huts in Fort Worth, I've order out here about 20 times in 2 months and the food came out great and and made correctly every single time. I have never had a pizza made wrong or skimpy. The customer service here is great, never rude. I look at all these terrible reviews from impatient and stuck up people that want to voice there opinions about how they think the experience should go verses the reality of the cooking process and business (you'll see people standing around because they have there own job, if you see that everyone's pizza is coming out at the same time and you were there first, many pizzas come out of the oven at the same time as they are made). I have worked at one of the top rated pizza huts in Texas and have eaten at many locations and this one is running exactly the way it should be. Do not let a few bad reviews from impatient and intolerant people keep you from this location, it's worth it. It was worth writing out this review,"

"Free Topping: Hair Don't order from this location unless you like your food hairy! I ordered online for delivery. I haven't ordered in years but was craving stuff crust pizza. I ordered a few things and called the store because they forgot my grated cheese shaker. When I grabbed a slice and took a bite, i Iooked down and noticed a foot long hair that does not belong to me on the other half of my pie. I told the girl on the phone, she escalated to her manager. The manager refunded the shaker but said she couldn't do anything about the hair until I bring the pizza to the store. I explained it was delivery to which she responded "We would have to see the hair in order to remake your pizza." I said "You need me to bring this whole pizza back WITH THE HAIR so you can remake it?" She said "Yes, because everyone is wearing a hairnet." I laughed and said thank you for refunding my cheese shaker have a good night. Sucks I really wanted to enjoy the stuff crust pizza .."
