Pizza Hut

"Ordered Delivery and never received my order even though it was marked as delivered. I tried to call the store to get a refund but got transferred to a call center and then got transferred to at least 5 different people in that call center, One of whom told me that they would send my information to the store and have them give me a call back, of course i never got that call. I tried calling again this morning, got someone at the store and was told i would be speaking with a manger just to get transferred to the same call center as yesterday. Again, i was transferred multiple times even while I was in the middle of me talking. I hung up and called back, got someone at the actual store who told me that i would have better luck just going up there to get my money back. I’ve literally never had an experience like this anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous."

"This place has the potential to be a great buffet restaurant. Needs some attention in my opinion. But it has good pizza, and some other items at the buffet table."

"UPDATE: Last night they overcooked our pizzas. I had Bacon and Cheddar and he had pineapple and pepperoni. Both were dark brown with black highlights. This location will never earn 4 or 5 stars. They just don't like their jobs and they hate dealing with people. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes as the girl talked on the phone. She never said a word to me until I turned to leave. She asked what I "wanted". I told her I needed to pick up my order. So she hands it to me and walks away without another word. Others in my household like the pizza. That's the only reason I go here."
