Domino's Pizza

"Ordered pizza and it didn't arrive. Called up and reordered pizza shows up, but it's the wrong order. Called back and questioned the manager. Said your order will show up, when it did opened box up and it tasted like it had been under heat lamp for an hour. Pretty sure it was order that had not arrived. Horrible customer service skills and mediocre to poor pizza. I would not recommend"

"Ordered a pizza today and probably the worse pizza from a domino’s I've ever got. I asked for half sausage but as you can see it’s sausage on the whole pizza. Called them to let them know and the “General Manager” have the audacity to say “I know what I made”. Well i know what i’m looking at and it’s a pizza with sausage on the whole thing lol. I love cheesy pizza but this was just made very poorly like the oil in the middle still just…so disappointing. I’ll just continue going to the one on woodway."

"(This review is from Aug 1st - TexasDominos left a response to email them but never followed up) Horribly dry and burnt pizza. Jalapenos were shriveled up ans had 0 kick. There was NO sauce on the pizza. The pizza was lukewarm at best. I placed the order at 351pm, called at 448pm as it kept saying "quality checking" for 20 mins. When I finally got through they sounded confused I was even asking about my order. The lady on the phone was nice so she, individually, gets a 5 star but the overall business? 0. P.S. TexasDominos - I emailed you this morning and have not gotten a response. Is this just the generic response to displeased people?"

"Negative 1000 stars if I could. I’m so mad. Ordered my little one pizza for being a big help with unpacking. It started bad when the tracker showed completed but I received nothing. I called the store to say I hadn’t received anything, I was told the driver was on the way. I asked for ETA, he said he didn’t know. I checked the door a few times, finally saw the boxes sitting outside. Driver didn’t have the decency to knock! Open the box to the foolishness you see in the photos. I asked for light sauce not a dry, brittle, burnt, cold, pathetic lifeless pizza that’s also not cut properly. The wings are also horrible. This mess shouldn’t be fed to wolves, let alone a 6 year old. Smh. I want a refund for the food and my tip. Everybody’s service sucked!"

"Literally just got my pizza 2 hours after placing the order. Apparently a guy named Blake made it? He totally forgot the extra cheese on the pizza. Now that the order is finally here - the pizza is cold. Cold! Absolutely wild how it took that long. I placed the order at exactly 1:31 PM. It stated my pizza was done at 1:40 PM. For it to take 1 hour and 50 minutes to get to my door is outrageous. I even attached the pictures to show how dry it is as well as the non existent extra cheese."
