Domino's Pizza

"The Female manager here was so mean. I probably had the longest double shift at work and all I wanted was a pizza after but my pizza was messed up. After trying to explain to here that it didn’t come out the way I wanted she refused to help me or remake it unless I pay again. Probably one of the worst days I’ve had all because she couldn’t remake my pizza that was wrong in the first place."

"Waited about 30 minutes in store for my online pick up order and got it as soon as it was done but the order was wrong and the pizza was barely warm. While sitting there not a single employee helped a customer only delivery drivers helped give customers waiting to pick up their pizzas including me. Also while waiting for my pizza experienced a ln employee yell at a customer trying to get his attention so he could pick up his pizza then after yelling at him went back to what he was doing and didn't help the customer just let him wait even longer to be helped by a returning delivery driver."

"My order was delivered but it wasn’t delivered to my house. Very disappointing. I’m glad they re made it and will be delivering it again, just hope they get the address right this time. I just got my order delivered. They didn’t give me my sauces I ordered and also my drink I’ve asked for light sauce on my pizza and the pizza is covered in sauce. It’s just very upsetting. That whoever is working at this location first didn’t deliver my order to my correct address and now I’m missing part of my order and my pizza was not made correctly and when I called they’re not answering the phone."

"We ordered pizza online and when we received it, parts of it was burned and they forgot to bring our drinks. When we called to inform them of this, the gentleman on the phone was very rude, basically told us that he can’t do anything about it. My husband then asked if we could get a refund and his exact words were “Naw bro”. Then when my husband asked for his name he hung up in his face. The manager that we talked to name is Tristan. We just took the pizzas to the store and left them, without getting a refund. This place has horrible customer service. I do not recommend them!"

"Part of my order was the 12 piece bites specialty chicken- crispy bacon&tomatoes. When it arrive it was HALF EATEN! I don't know if the people at the restaurant ate it or maybe sent half an order OR the delivery guy ate it, but it really doesn't matter now. I'm done with deliveries and delivery people. Just get in the car and go get it. Gonna save money and get better service. People just don't care anymore about service or quality. Even the Dominoes website makes a complaining person type it out to DOT the Customer Support Bot. Really!"
