"Waited 10 minutes after I was told they would be right with me to have to wait another 20 minutes walking away with no food and Gift Card. The reason why I went in the first place. To get a Gift Card for work as a stocking stuffer for a co worker. No one could figure out how to process a Gift Card because it was a new system. I kept my cool though because of my past work experience. I didn't want to be that CUSTOMER. Not even going to say what the other two employees did. I was an assistant manger at a fast food place and a manger for almost 20 years in retail and the one thing I made sure was that every employee was trained correctly before leaving them to run things on there own. PROPER TRAINING. A way an employee can strive at a position no matter where they work or what they do. TRAINING. JS"
"Your chicken is always good, but I would like to emphasize your cashiers-servers. Should be very careful when training them. They should be kinder and always ask if we want chicken spicy or not, or offer the different choices you've got on your menu"
"Went to this location to get some of the strawberry biscuits, and all 3 of them were way overcooked. Went back in to get them replaced, and the supervisor, I assume, because she had on a grayish shirt, told me they weren't overcooked, and that's how their oven cooks them. Told her that wasn't true because I've purchased from that location before. So then she tells me that it'll be 6 minutes for new ones. That was fine, but when I asked if she would remake my entire order because 6 minutes was going to make the rest of my food cold, she got an attitude. I ended up just getting a refund because of her attitude. Mind you, the regular biscuits were all golden brown, maybe those are cooked in a different oven, who knows."
