"Ordered a Detroit style pizza and received no sauce of cheese. Ordered again a couple months later and it came with zero toppings. I showed the receipt and the pizza and I got nothing refund and no fixed order."

"Andrew gives the best service here. 12/16 when you order online it's supposed to keep you from waiting in a line even on Saturday. I got there at the right time and my code didn't work and my pizzas were not even in the oven yet. So i asked if because i had to wait if they could just sprinkle jalapeños on one no charge. They told me they would have to charge even knowing they didn't have my pizzas nowhere ready. I said forget it. And then the only girl in the back came and told me did i not think of the other people who ordered online and the people who came in. Did i think she worked for me. This should never happen. Did she not think of the time they told me to get there and that i waited 15 min after that time meanwhile a fight i ordered at home was playing without me there. If i owned this place i would fire her. She was obviously from Mexico and had the most terrible customer service I've ever experienced. I well never come here again unless new owners come in or these owners actually hire good workers"

"Ordered pizza through their App. Pizza was ready at 4:39 pm. At 5:05 pm I was already back at the store to return the old, dried up pizza they sold me. Hispanic mgr was unable to read their own label on the pizza box and asked through another employee why I was just now returning it?!?! No customer service skills, zip, zero, nada! Mgr does not speak english. No apology but handed me a fresh pizza. Clearly under new 'mgmt.' Will not go back there."

"This place is alright if you're picking up a pizza from their app and you can go retrieve it from their hotbox. If you try to go in to place an order, takes about 15-20 mins (like any other pizza place). I did notice once when I went in that there were no Hot-N-Ready pizzas available which I thought was odd, but it was dinner time on a week night. I also noticed a lot of other patrons waiting impatiently for their food and asking the poor guy at the counter what was going on. He was trying the best he could, but he seemed kinda new and he was by himself. There were people in the back making pizzas. Good, inexpensive pizza - they seem a bit understaffed."
