Pizza Hut

"Have had this happen twice now, got delivery and they gave DoorDash the complete wrong order because this Pizza Hut can’t keep drivers. But when we call to try to figure out the situation they continuously answer the phone and then hang up as soon as we start talking, workers are rude and disrespectful every time I’ve tried talking to them"

"Horrible service and very unhygienic! Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up and no one was at the front when I arrived. Two employees were near the back and neither of them acknowledged that I was at the register. I know they saw me standing there but they just completely ignored me. The two employees were getting ready to make a pizza and it was very disgusting to see that both had no beard covers on! One of those employees was handling the pizza without any gloves on! Finally one of the employees told someone further back in the store that I was there and the girl came to the register. I told her that I had been waiting for at least 10 min. and her response was just that she was at the back and didn't know she had someone at the register. Really?!?! This was very disappointing because we have ordered from this location basically since it opened but recently the service is going downhill."

"TLDR: Order from Dominos. Don't waste your time with Pizza Hut. Wrong order was delivered with non existent customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas online. We received the wrong pizzas (2 single topping pizzas instead of supreme). We called the store to be transferred to a call center, and then we were transferred back to the store to be placed on hold for 35 minutes. We were committed to speak to someone to get the right pizza delivered. We finally gave up. It was impossible to speak to anyone to get this fixed. I should note that we had two people calling the store getting the runaround continuously placed on hold. (We also tried the website, which directed us to call the store that never answers.)"

"The whole order was burned food was terrible pizzas barely had no sauce cheese sticks was over cooked burned. Return order to pizza hut store manager has a really bad attitude as soon as walking in the store reported her and the food to corporate waiting on results. I recommend not ordering from pizza hut on camp wisdom rd grand prairie,tx Make Your Own Pizza rather then order from this place"

"Was given a 45/50 minute wait, ended up getting almost 2 hours. I live 5 minutes away from the store I ordered from and it still took me 25 minutes to get my food. The pizza I got was cool to the touch, the crust was flat and it was so tough I almost couldn't take a bite. I paid 50 dollars for this order and could probably have had a better one if i'd gotten a frozen one from Walmart for 5 bucks."
