"I pick up from this location bcz the other Hut on Thousand Oaks is the delivery one in my neighborhood and I received too many substandard pizzas from them. But this Pizza Hut on Nacogdoches is awesome. The pizzas are always done right! Excellent quality pizzas. I've never had a quality issue or customer service issue. Plus it's an eat-in (Red Roof) Pizza Hut which is kind of rare these days. Absolutely recommended!"

"I ordered a pizza ahead of time so it would be ready when we got to the restaurant and we walked in and out. It was ready to walk out the door when we got there! But what really impressed me was the quality of the pizza and the dough! We got the pan pizza and that must have been the freshest dough ever because it was so soft and light and airy! And we got cinnamon sticks too. And those the dough was amazing. So hats off to that team at Pizza Hut last night"

"I am a frequent customer of this Pizza Hut. We've ordered from this shop for many years. This was really the first time of bad customer service. Ordered pizza sandwich salad online. Lady from store called, told me they're "out of product" for the salad. The lady offered me a credit to my credit card or a credit to my account. I chose a credit to my account. Upon arrival, delivery driver told me the store cannot credit the account and that I can just call the store next time for my credit on the next order. I called store and asked for manager, explained my situation to Kandyce, several times. She said "did you just order today, or a few days ago?" I said today. She said oh, we had another "Jessica" asking for a refund for the same thing from two days ago. She said she would credit my credit card. She said she couldn't find my order and asked for the order number (I had literally just placed the order 30 minutes ago) for the last 4 # of my card, twice and I asked for a confirmation #, she placed me on hold. She came back to the phone and told me that she was locked out of the system and manager (she said his name is Louis Gonzalez) would call in 30 minutes to give me the refund confirmation code. After 30 mins, a lady called me and said that her manager was sick and was not able to come in to get the code. She then explained said she was not able to refund the salad to my credit card and to call store for credit or have a cash refund delivered. I opted to have the cash refund delivered. Still waiting for the $$ to be delivered."

"I am very eager to leave a review for this Pizza Hut I’ve been a loyal customer to Papa John’s for the past six years six months ago I decided to go with this Pizza Hut store has Papa John started delivering the pizzas with DoorDash This is a delivery service company but the folks that deliver the merchandise come in large groups at sometimes you have no idea if your merchandise have been opened so we decided to go and try Pizza Hut they have always delivered the pizzas on point from the people that work inside of the store to the delivery driver they are amazing I am not a good person to leave reviews but I had to do it for This Pizza Hut store I encourage you if you want quality and you want your pizza to be delivered with a trusty person try them."

"Food was delicious and our waitress was great. When I went to pay it was a complete cluster F. 3 employees on 3 registers. Took a long time for anyone to acknowledge me even though they all clearly saw me. To top it all off the heavy set brunette employee with glasses asked me who is next? I said, "I was" and then she said, "no I think she was! To me It felt like their was some racisim going on because I was the only person in line, until 3 or 4 people came inside from the customer pickup side and were all behind me. I won't be back here to spend my money"
