"DO NOT EAT AT THIS PAPA JOHNS! I ordered the family special, 1 large Works specialty, 1 large 2 topping pizza. I ate a slice of the works pizza. It had a specific bad taste. Tasted like old meat or maybe old rotten ingredients. I asked my spouse to smell it and she second the ingredients smelled of old or rotten meat or ingredients. I called the store and the representative offered to send another pizza. I ate a slice other the new pizza sent to me. I have pain in abdomen and threw up twice. I go back to read other reviews and they are reviews saying similar to my experience. This should be a crime to serve families such low quality food. Dangerous."

"I paid for delivery and tips and overcharged me especially since I had to pick up my delivery. Pizza was cold and no peppers and garlic sauce. Shaq should be ashamed to be promoting this company."

"We ordered a delivery with 6 extra sauces and they put them in a plastic bag, of which 5 of them were already open in the bag. It was a huge mess and it completely ruined our meal, as the entire reason we choose papa johns over other pizza joints is the sauce. We were already upset because the original delivery time said 44 min from when we placed the order (we live less than a mile from the location) but it ended up taking an hour and 19 min. If I ever order here again it’ll be for carryout and I won’t tip until I’ve already got my order prepared and packaged in a manner that’s worth paying for."
