Domino's Pizza

"Ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta. The container was only filled to about a quarter of the way. Very disappointed"

"I LOVE my dominos! Sure, they've gotten the order wrong a couple of times. Nobody is perfect. However if they do something wrong it's fixed right away. THAT'S customer service.....the old fashioned way! Putting the customer first is what all businesses should strive for. Without us there would be no business, therefore no profits. Thank you Domino's Galm Road. Update 12-1-2023: As much as we've always loved Domino's, lately there's been several lackluster experiences. We've recently begun to pay extra for added provolone cheese on our pizzas. The first time it was marvelous with that beautiful white topping and stretchy, gooey deliciousness. But the last few orders having been identical to the first were either missing or EXTREMELY scarce on the provolone. We let it go on the previous but this time we called and let them know it wasn't right. The outcome was unacceptable considering their guarantee. They said it was made correctly (in other words, we were wrong) and offered us cheesey bread on our next order, not a replacement. We felt like taking it back and dropping it at the front door! Very dissatisfied! Looks like we need to go elsewhere in the future as their guarantee means nothing. Looking at the photos, I'm sure anyone can tell this is regular cheese (not provolone)and not even extra cheese!"

"I wanted to share my recent experience with Domino's pizza. Unfortunately, I must say it was quite disappointing. As a regular customer, I noticed that this time the pizza had very limited toppings, despite specifically requesting extra cheese. You can see the crust from the top . This lack of toppings made the overall taste quite subpar, and it left me unsure if I would consider ordering from Domino's again."

"If anyone misses those cheap Dominos pizzas from their college days 20 years ago, this is the place to get it! No flavored crust, no extra toppings (even when you pay the premium price for an extra topping). Consistency and quality are issues at this particular location. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes you need to order four dipping sauces to choke down a medium pizza (probably from the freezer). Picture of my pizza with “extra” cheese and “extra” toppings. Even the cardboard is dry."

"Update. Tried again and this place really does not care what they send out. How was this acceptable to box?? Pizza was barely warm, def not hot, and the pepperoni looked as if it had been sitting a good hour as the grease was dry and the crust was stale. Ordered a diet and received regular which no one in our house drinks. When called to rectify I was hung up on after being on hold 6 minutes and then couldn’t even refund the drink after almost 20 more minutes of waiting on hold."
