Pizza Hut

"Worst decision I made choosing this Pizza Hut location. You’re better off getting pizza at HEB or Sofias pizzeria. Food tasted horrible. I know there probably teenagers working but take some pride. Pizza wasn’t fully cooked and forgot my drink. The eldery manager was rude/smart a**. Tired of these franchised restaurants not caring."

"Usually have no complaints understanding that they may be short staffed etc...but today we ordered at around 5pm and order was supposed to be here at 6:29pm, but it said out for delivery at 6:15pm no show was dropped off somewhere else. Now it's being remade hopefully it gets here this time. However, you should offer something extra for order not getting here the first time or offer compensation back."

"Do not order from here. Pizza had more than a few beard hairs… (disgusting, seriously more than 1?) on-top of the pizza dough clearly not being made right. Who wants to eat pizza that looks like this. Ruined the one time a month we order pizza from different places. Pizza Hut is consistently and dramatically in LAST place."

"What I paid for vs what I got. Not only did I order early online 2 hours before pick up, I got there at my pick up time and still waited an hour for my food! There was no one in the lobby when I arrived and I can see they were putting out other people's orders before me even though I had ordered before them and been waiting longer. $65 and 3 hours later, half my order was cold and burnt. I ordered 2 tripple treat boxes because I thought the big red box they advertise was super cute but instead got items thrown in random sized stacks of boxes. They ask for tip online, ask for tip on the receipt when you pay and have jars at the register asking for tips but these people can't even get the stuff together. There's a hand written sign at the register asking people to be patient cuz there's only 2 employees, but there were clearly at least 4 other people in the back, yelling at each other and playing around. The white guy at register claimed to be the manager and I asked him how I can contact the owner and he said he didn't know. I used to love Pizza Hut but because of this experience I will never order pizza hut again."

"I ordered online at 6:52 pm. The pizza was to be ready at 7:40 pm. When I arrived the lobby was full of people waiting on their food. I finally got mine at 8:11. By the time I drive the 7 mins home the hot-out-of-the-oven pizza I had waited on was cold. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had bad service but was definitely the worst. I could have paid a lot less if I wanted to heat my own pizza."
