"Thank you for your attention "owner". First, you should practice being more pleasant as an owner. In fact, I'm still waiting for a call from you after the lady who sold me the room couldn't help me. They were called less than 2 MINUTES to deliver the room that was dirty, and I didn't even mention in my review that a cushion had a broken closure. When I called and mentioned that I wanted to return my room because it was used, they told me no, and in fact it is on my receipt but they were going to help me with the cushion. I gave them my cushion and they received it 2 months later and I was calling and calling to see when they could deliver it to me and they only told me "we are working on it, give us more time." If they have so many "new" rooms, couldn't they have given me a new one? What a shame to say that I have a bad conscience in posting this. This is just the truth, what a shame that you respond 3 months after our complaint. I hope everyone reads this and sees what it's like to shop here. No lies, here are their photos. Have a good day."
"Delivery was great but this is what you can expect when purchasing from this store. And remember, "All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds". Of course they tell you this AFTER you pay."
