"In my Best Buy store (Hwy 6 - Copperfield) I got really great service and had a very knowledgeable sales associates help me. He was able to answer all my questions and make suggestions regarding a large (and expensive) television and sound bar purchase. I wanted to get it right and was very confident he guided me in the right direction for my needs. Geek Squad people were also AWESOME!!! They showed up and did an excellent job installing varios recently purchased equipment. They also assisted with some side issues I needed help with regarding previously purchased electronics."

"I want to recognize the seller Alfredo who treated me very kindly and helped me buy the phone I was looking for because despite not having it in stock he was very patient and explained everything related to the phone very well and also gave me the address of another location so I could buy it today. Thank you very much, but the truth is that before he attended to me I tried to talk to one of the sales girls and they did not pay attention to my call. It is very unpleasant when you come in looking for help and when you approach some of the sellers they begin to walk in the opposite direction, ignoring the potential buyer and if you call them they pretend not to listen and walk away so as not to work, I believe the manager must take action on this. It is not good at all."

"Abigail was a total snob. Ignored our questions when trying to ask about the Apple Watches and acted like she could be doing something better. Needs to find a different job if she doesn’t want to work there. I’d go to a different Best Buy in general. Always out of stock on everything."

"Just went in to buy the GE 2 in 1 washer and dryer combo. The associate that was helping us made it seem as if she had something better to do other than tend to my wife and myself as we were right in front of her and she was assisting us. She seemed like she had somewhere else to be. Not exactly a great feeling when getting ready to spend close to 3000 dollars between the wash/dryer combo and a pedestal. I will never step foot back into the store. I tried to call and talk to a store manager over the deal and the associate hung the phone up as soon as I asked to speak to the store manager."

"The staff is friendly i was trying the figure out the correct airpods and exchanged 3 times it was easy what opinion bout airpods if the airpods pro n 3 doesnt fit ears u will feel 2 old ols sounds more powerful than pro because pro didnt fit well for me bass sounded so weak but with noise cancellation its good to do like in gym u can nicely listen without disturbance"
