"This place is a mess!! My most recent visit (or VISITS) was terrible! Purchased about 500 cedar pickets (did online for store pickup) and out of the 500, only about 1/3 was usable. Did exchanges 3 times and everytime only about 1/3 of boards were good. The last visit, I witnessed an employee put the defective pickets I returned back out for sale. This was while I was scavenging through what junk of pickets they had there. Also while in the process of sorting an employee pulling online orders decided that his needs trumped mine. He literally started pulling pickets from under me and when I called him out, his answer was, "that's just the way it is". When I asked the workers restocking the pickets if they can set a new pallet aside so I can pick out some good ones, his answer was "we don't have anyone to clean up after you". When I told him that it will get messy if I continue to pull from the aisle, his answer was, "I rather you not" & then he just dropped a ne new pallet of pickets in the selling slot without cutting the straps around them & drove away on the forklift. I had to use my keys to cut of the straps, cutting my hands several times in the process.I emailed the CEO & several executives, but no surprise here, NOT A SINGLE ONE RESPONDED. TAKING MY BUSINESS TO LOWES."

"I really love to go to Home Depot if I have some small item to buy such as light bulbs or a small tool or some piece of wood, here at this location you can find from trees to appliances and almost anything you want to fix any small repair at your home, BUT if you have some big job or something huge to fix, the prices at dedicated shops are a lot affordable such as mill shops or electrical stores."
