Marco's Pizza

"Tried to place a call in order, however I was immediately placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Ended up hanging up and placing an order online as I was in a rush. Used a coupon for UNLIMITED 1 topping Medium pizzas for 7.99, ordered 2 and was charged FULL PRICE for one of the pizzas. It’s UNLIMITED????? Was given a promise time of 7:21PM and arrived at that time only for the employee to be rude and request that we all sit down and wait until called. They finally ask for my order number and proceed to tell me it will be a THIRTY MINUTE WAIT. Watched as employees just picked up and hung up the phone on calling customers, never returning to it, which explains why they never picked up after placing me on hold. Should have cancelled my order the minute I was overcharged. Absolutely terrible experience."

"I've been here a few times and the pizza is usually really good. The wings have been hit or miss but when they're good, they're really good. Be sure to check your whole order is there if you get takeout. The last few times they've forgotten the dipping sauces (including hot honey sauce which was an extra $2.25) and only had 9 wings in a 10 piece order."

"Received this flyer in the mail and apparently the BOGO coupon only works on Tuesdays. There is nothing on the flyer that dictates ONLY ON TUESDAYS and according to the manager JESS at this location that’s their typical promotion. Only on Tuesdays, which is fine but I would expect an establishment to at least honor a coupon and promotion that has been sent out in the mail and is being promoted without restriction. Jess made no attempt to salvage or rectify the issue. Another Marcos pizza was more than willing to do so and give us compensation for THIS locations bad experience. Will not be coming back to this location."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza. I won’t lie. I went into this with very low expectations based on their pricing but wanted a quick pizza fix. I ordered a large cheese pizza on a Saturday evening. When phoning the order in the younger aged staff was very professional and courteous. When we went to pick up the pizza, the staff was equally courteous and professional, and even gave us a free refrigerator magnet. Our order was ready for pick up in about 10 to 12 minutes. The pizza was baked perfectly. The dough was good. The sauce was tasty. There was plenty of cheese that was evenly distributed."

"My family's first time trying Marcos. We did enjoy it but didn't like the rude people that checked us out at the counter and the pizza wasn't cut all the way. I had to come home and cut the slices because they kept ripping terribly when my kids tried to grab a slice. Place just opened and they are busy but the way you talk to and treat your customers is SO critical to repeat business."
