"We called at 6:37pm and were put on hold. Upon arrival (at 6:57, still on hold) my husband walked in and the young lady at the register apologized and admitted she'd left him on hold and forgotten him. At 7:42 pm (45 minutrs later) my husband asked the expediter (possibly Hector) about our order. It had been ready, but no one had given it to him. My husband had repeatedly made eye contact with the expediter, but was never acknowledged. There is no reason for such a lack of attention and service - the dining room only had seven diners at three tables. The cashier gave a small discount for leaving him on hold and forgetting him, but the food was soggy and cold - not worth eating. We have enjoyed Pei Wei and PF Chang, but we will think twice before returning."

"Great food, fresh ingredients, good price, overall good experience. Service was really good for some reason, probably not being too busy, one specific person gave us almost personalized service; very courteous. Another service member helped us out very well also. I was surprised to see a new kind of option (dishes) like chicken wings, which you can see in the images I attached; another new option (or back from popular demand) is Hot and Sour soup. Since it’s a chain, I won’t provide too many more details."
"Ordered lettuce wraps and they were delicious. The dining area was clean and well maintained. They weren’t too busy for it being a Friday night. I only have an after photo of my food. :)"
