"Lorena provides dry and lazy service. And the way she handles her employees in front of customer's when they ask her a question is very embarrassing. No effort in trying to satisfying the customers. If your tried and having a bad day,stay home. But the young lady Maria took it like a professional champ!!!! She's the only reason I went ahead and placed my order. Do better as a leader."
"I am totally beside myself with this experience at your carryout I arrived on time after ordering online I was greeted at the window with it’s gonna be another five or 10 minutes. I was told to pull up and park in the parking lot I called on the phone and was told by the man that what time they gave us on the Internet wasn’t them and doesn’t mean a thing. Upon a brief discussion with him about that he hung up on me I went in to get my food, and he found it on the shelf that it was ready I got home the food was cold. I was insulted by this man by being hung up on there was an unauthorized tip added to my bill which he said it wasn’t him. It was them he called it. Totally not pleased that I want a refund. Your employee hanging up on me, was uncalled for very poor experience at your restaurant, which I frequent often"
