"I hate that you have to ask for a cup for SipClub now. That said, the guy here was nice but it was being ignored. The good ones have the cups waiting and ready with the receipt. However, every single drink on the fountain, despite being bubbly and fizzy, was nasty. It was pure sugar and no carbonation when drinking it. What a waste of a stop. I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it or that could have improved it, but overall very disappointed. I don't understand how these stores don't check and verify their drinks are good at least at the start of every day (I was there within an hour of opening)."

"Kinda disappointed. Panera is too expensive to have this kind of service. Food is decent but still I know not to come here for broccoli cheddar soup. I’ve tried 3 times and each time they say they are out. It’s kinda disappointing. I love their strawberry charged lemonade however I don’t think one item will keep me coming back."
"We go for lunch and both Ruth and I usually have the Broccoli and cheese soup and in a bread bowl if you prefer. They serve it with French bread. It's excellent and from the other items on the menu that appear equally good I would certainly recommend the restaurant."
