"I pulled up to the drive through around 7:15 this morning to place my breakfast order. No one answered. I pulled around to the 1st window & saw an employee, so I beeped my horn, but was ignored. I pulled up to the 2nd window---no one in sight. I ended up taking my business elsewhere."
"I’m a type 1 diabetic and had multiple drinks/ meals ordered for my friends and I. The drinks were not labeled “diet” or anything. When I asked them to re do the drinks and punch the hole for diet please and even stated my medical condition I was given nothing but disrespect, from the manager I believe. She argued with me for awhile, then literally snatched the drink from my hand… Finally after she fixed it before driving off I asked “there is straws in here right?” (I know I could have checked before asking) but she said “there should be. Go ahead and tell me there isn’t, go ahead and tell me” so much disrespect and attitude. I don’t plan on returning…."
"Pretty clean, food up to standard for other Wendy’s. We stopped in on our way to Houston. They do have one of those coke flavor machines"
"They tried to give me a chicken sandwich that had been sitting around somewhere. The sandwich was super cold. Cool got a attitude when I gave it back. People please check your food if you decide to come to this Wendy’s. I highly don’t recommend you do unless you want to get sick."
"My family and I specifically go to this Wendy’s because of their fresh, hot food and friendly staff. When asked, they make accurate special orders in a timely manner. We are regulars so a good number of the staff make small but meaningful chit chat during our face to face interaction. To improve, I suggest they put a little bit more focus on the cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant. During the few times we have dined-in, we were not too impressed with this aspect of the restaurant. However, overall, I do not have much to complain about this Wendy’s restaurant. Thank you for the nourishment and friendly interactions."
