Trio Pizza Pasta

"Placed an order on Door Dash. It showed on the app that the dasher was waiting on our order but then the order got cancelled because they didn’t have an item. called Trio’s to find out what happened and the manager told me that someone came to pick up the order and then apparently cancelled the order but it was sent to another driver so they went to pick up the order and the manager told them it had already been picked up. I asked him what he was going to do and his response was well they don’t work for me. I said no, they don’t and I get that but you are signed up as a restaurant that uses Door Dash as a delivery service. He said look I’ll make things right and bring a ranch to you if I left it out but I’m not going to bring a pizza to you that I’m not getting paid for. I as a consumer understand it wasn’t his fault but it wasn’t ours either and to punish the customer isn’t right. Then to top it off, the manager called Door Dash and said we asked them to re-deliver the pizza and DD wanted us to know that if we want the pizza we need to place a new order online!"

"believe it or not i drive 40 minutes for this pizza! it’s amazing every time. the quality of the ingredients is unmatched and you can tell the chefs put their heart into their cooking. i recommend this place to everyone i know, a must try for sure!"

"This place it terrible! Been here twice both times food was terrible and overpriced. Food isn’t fresh and manger/owner is rude. On top of that I got charged 7.00 for this small bowl of noodles for my 2 year old. DO NOT GO HERE!!"

"My favorite Italian dish is chicken picatta. I came here for the first time to try it based on the picture that someone else had posted in the reviews. The food came out very quickly, but it didn't look anything like the picture in the reviews. Mine didn't have the golden fried in flour look, nor did it have the slices of lemon on top. The chicken fillets looked more pale like the chicken was boiled instead of fried or sauteed. So the presentation was a bit disappointing. However, the taste did not disappoint! It had the perfect combination of lemon, capers, butter, and garlic taste, exactly what I was looking for! Overall, still delicious and I highly recommend it! I'm definitely returning for more!"

"First time ordering delivery here and it was amazing! The pizza arrived fast & warm with lots of gooey cheese and garlicky pepperoni! Their wings were so crispy and full of buffalo flavor, & their black forest cheesecake was also very delicious! Will definitely be ordering here again, so good!"
