"Worst experience!! We ordered our food to be delivered with a wait time of 40 minutes. I followed the order through the Pizza Hut app and the delivery was delayed 30 minutes according to the app. Our food was never delivered! After calling and waiting on hold for 20 minutes they offered to remake our order. We ordered at 5:10 and at 6:50 we cancelled our order and had sandwiches for dinner."

"Worst experience I ever had ordering a $27 pizza. My pizza was delivered burnt and out of place as if someone dropped it on the floor. The box was partially open and the driver had the nerve to leave it at my door step. Well when I went to the store to bring them the horrible pizza the assistant manager Jacly said I will be refunded. She states she is not able to give me a refund receipt so I asked her to write a letter and sign it so that I would have proof I was getting a full refund. Well the letter stated that if my funds were not in my account by today, call and speak with the manager Marie. When I called and asked for Marie today someone said she was busy and she forgot to refund me the money. I’m like how do you just forget to give a person money back. The person on phone said Marie couldn’t come to the phone and asked for my card number. I would not just give my card number over the phone to first off people that I can’t even trust to give me my refund. It was so bad and I order from here all of the time. I will make it a priority to never order from this Pizza Hut again ."

"If there were a way to leave no stars, I would. I called this store at the corner of Matlock and Debbie lane to ask why I couldn't get the website to take my order. The app wouldn't allow me to add items to the cart so I asked the young person(wouldn't call her a lady) that answered the phone if she could honor the same price since all I wanted was a thin crust pepperoni pizza and she told me the price would be way more. I asked her why they couldn't honor the price online since the website and app wouldn't allow me to order it and she had the audacity to say to me, "Calm down ma'am, you're being rude" WTH. What! I was in shock. Are you seriously going to tell a customer to calm down and tell them they're being rude because you think you're on a phone. I live less than a mile from that location and have bought from there numerous occasions and I will NEVER order from there again. I hung up on her then called the other store that's almost as close and the guy that answered the phone gave me the same price since I couldn't place my order online and he did it with a professional demeanor.I don't know who manages that Debbie lane location but my mother was a Regional manager (market coach) for that Pizza Hut for over 30 years and she would have fired that young lady on the spot. You do not talk to people like that. She needs to find a job wherein she has no communication with customers at all. I hope the owner sees this and realizes that she needs to be washing dishes in the back of the place. Appalled! In shock and disgusted by how ridiculous that location has gotten. One star is actually too much! Wow!"
