"Service was good but the last plate we order came with a cheese puff my brother in law eat it and discovered a pise of rubber gloves in it. We ask for the mgr. She said she was sorry but she try to dismiss it like it was nothing!"
"I went to this place for my sisters in law’s sister’s birthday , we decided to give it a try but if I can give 0 stars I will. I spoke to a waitress and explained him that I would love to order some mix combo. This was in the lunch hour. He said they have a house combo which contains the chicken , shrimp, steak for an extra price , I said it would be only me and my mom was ordering only a shaggy dog. After food came in and received my bill they literally charged me for every protein , chicken $10.45, shrimp $11.95 and Steak $11.95. I paid $34.35 for my plate. If I would want that I would get 3 times everything but I did not. This is not a house combo and IT SHOULD explain it to the guest. I was highly offended and disappointed by this. 1 soup, 1 vegetable , 3 shrimps , half a chicken breast and 4 pieces of meat with the rice. This is very upsetting to take advantage of the guest. I will never come back to this place."
"Location is nice. The lady that seats you made us feel rushed. The sushi was the best thing and it was made really fast. The hibachi was good but the vegetables tasted a little burnt and weird. Their yum yum sauce had a weird taste as well. I would go back here for sushi though."
"They automatically charge 18% tip for party of 5+, so be careful that part, you may get tip-doubled. The food is okay but way toooo pricey. Ordered combination of steak and salmon, the medium steak got well done and only few bite size pieces for an order, kind of disappointed for that. The full hibachi order 85% is rice."
"Can’t beat it for the price alone. My friend and I each had hibachi, then 2 glasses of wine and 3 beers and the total was right under $100! THAT being said, the environment and ambiance was…not great. Felt cheap, crowded, and dingy. 9 packed hibachi tables in one closed off room makes for a very warm environment, also. Quality of the food was mid. Expected more for the Towne Lake location, honestly…but over all was fine enough."
