"We had Joyner Plumbing come work on our house during the remodel in 2020. They installed a new gas line for the range in the kitchen. However, when that gas line was installed, the tubing that they cut was mangled, causing a leak when they put on the compression fitting. Since no one ever pressure tested the system, I have had a significant leak behind my range for 3 years. The only reason it was found was because Atmos had to come test when they replaced the service lines in our neighborhood. Not only could we not get them in a reasonable time (understandable), but there has been absolutely 0 accountability, and I have been getting transferred from person to person for 3 weeks. I spent over $1000 to fix their installation issue, and I can't even get the records from the original service. Absolutely terrible way to run a business. Jack, and the other folks that run the operation clearly take no responsibility for their poor service. I would rather hire anyone else but them. They do poor work (and know it), and then deflect any and all responsibility. Run far away. UPDATE - have still been asking for documentation of the work they performed for the last month, and they still refuse to provide. DO NOT work with these folks, they will perform terrible work, and will not take responsibility."
"1st time to use Joyner Plumbing. Guys were here no more than 15 minutes to replace a fill valve. $30 for the part, $229 for labor. I expected maybe $150 , but I thought this $259 was a bit much for 10-15 minutes work."
