"First oil change, after a month, low oil light came on. Had to add 4 quarts of oil. Came by the next day, you guys said everything was fine. Ok. Second oil change, a month later, low oil light comes on again. This time, completely dry. All 8 quarts are gone. Oil filter barely hanging on. Called you guys, was told “that sucks, sorry, I can get you a new filter”. Had to get it towed to a shop nearby. 500$ later my car runs again. I really like that when I called and asked for the manager I was told they really couldn’t do anything for me. I didn’t ask them to do anything for me. I just wanted to share my experience from my last 2 visits."
