"I came to Brakes Plus for a brake job, state inspection, and oil change. I was greeted upon entering the store and attended to promptly. My vehicle was immediately taken care of and I was informed of where they were in the process frequently. I was consulted about a recommended service which I hadn't asked for and they patiently explained why it is recommended. They were not pushy and I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch. My car was finished and returned to me in half the time I expected and was in great condition. I will be returning to Brakes Plus!"
"Place is clean, but the oil change was over $100 for a GMC Yukon and it took over 50 min for them to do the oil change when I was the only one in the place getting serviced. I will not be coming back."
