"Excellent costumer Service and great location! The Manager at the front desk (Norma) did an excellent job helping me resolve Priceline reservation issue. She spend several hour on the phone with them. I been coming to el paso for work very often and this is by far one of the best hotels."

"**01/04/2024 - manage your expectations. This is a Best Western, not the Ritz. They are obviously really trying hard to update this hotel as they are able to and they have made incredible progress. The hotel is huge, the lobby is beautiful, the bar is beautiful, the breakfast room is large with ample offerings, there is a restaurant that connects, the pool is wonderful, they have a gym (maybe 2?), they have pet friendly rooms that don't have carpet and their front desk staff is super nice and welcoming. Yes, the rooms are obviously next on the list to all be renovated and they've done some repairs and band-aided some things to get by. They have already renovated some of the rooms and they are great! Hotel rooms cost a lot to renovate because not only do they have to spare the expense of the renovations, they are also losing money by having to block those rooms from being reserved for months at a time. It's not an overnight job and takes a lot of strategic planning. This hotel is absolutely fabulous for an overnight stay. There is ample parking, the shower is hot, the bed and pillows are comfy, everything in the room works, the door locks, the plugs work, the Wi-Fi works, it's cozy and safe. There is quite literally nothing more than that that you need for an overnight stay or a place to sleep for a few days while visiting the area. If you are looking for a hotel that is a "getaway experience", spend $50-$100 more per night and go stay at a 5 star hotel. We would stay here again and we recommend it for those travelers who need a place to stop in El Paso!"

"My recent stay at Best Western was highly disappointing. I was looking forward to a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The condition of the room left much to be desired. The state of the toilet seat was unacceptable - it appeared as if it had never been cleaned. The overall smell of the hotel, particularly in the hallways, was damp and reminiscent of a sewer. Even the breakfast provided proved to be a regrettable choice. After consuming it, I fell ill. It was a truly unpleasant experience. On a slightly positive note, the bartender was friendly, but their lack of cleanliness was concerning. I watched in disbelief as he dropped ice on his shirt, yet still continued to put it in my drink. Moreover, the front desk staff was rather unhelpful throughout my entire stay. Every time I visited the front desk, they seemed preoccupied with either eating, applying make-up, or engaging in conversations amongst themselves. This lack of professionalism was both frustrating and disheartening. As if these issues were not enough, I even noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains. It was truly unsettling and added to my overall disappointment. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this particular Best Western location. My four nights here were undoubtedly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodation."

"Room was dirty and VERY out-dated. The hotel was undergoing construction. Parking was limited. Breakfast was nasty. The bed was severely uncomfortable and very small. Only good thing about the hotel is the location. I did not enjoy my stay here with my family."

"Priscilla at the front desk was Wonder Woman. Would have thought she was the General Manager. Amazing follow-up on reservation. Excellent breakfast, would return for the breakfast alone. Great location close to the airport. Our choice every time we stay in El Paso."
