"Very unorganized and unprofessional each employee tells you a different thing some don't even know what they’re doing, for example they added in the front a tablet to scan the QR code and we we’re told the first day we didn't have to get in line if we didn't want to supposedly once we scanned we’d get called. A week later someone told all of us that were seating waiting we had to be in line to get our vitals i had to go in the back of the line because all the people that came after me were basically already in line then turns out they called me even tho i was in the back when i was walking towards the room they called me and they didn't even bother to wait a minute before they called someone else into that room then they told me to just wait till someone else calls me again i asked the gentleman they called me next are we suppose to wait or not and he said he didn't know it’s not a big deal but one thing that really bothers me is some of them have the worst attitude some times they just come poke you don't say a word and just leave, or when they are all chatting about their personal lives in-front of you i was waiting for someone to unhook me from the machine while they were just chatting and laughing until someone finally noticed and came , I’ve been to several locations but this is the one were it’s the worst the fact the employees don't have any manners just bothers me and some ladies want to talk to you with a tone because they know we need the money but they dont realize without the donors they wouldn’t have a donation center it’s just something they really need to work on!"

"Not enough staff. Excessive wait times. Excessive lines. Need more staff. Line is out the door today."

"They seriously need to address the understaffing issue, 2.5 + hours just to get screened should be unacceptable. At 10 am the line was at the door and only 2 screening booths were open which makes no sense because it's been packed for the last couple of months. The problem is that by the time you actually get screened you are already tired and run the risk of bp and heart rate going out of the safe thresholds. The majority of the staff (specially the phlebotomists) are very friendly and helpful and will really try to do a great job but the front staff are really dropping the ball."

"They wouldn’t let me donate because of a situation that happened 5 months ago of my pulse being high and I smoke cigarettes. I tried calling and asking why they wouldn’t let me donate if it’s something old and they told they couldn’t do nothing bout it (Ray) and I stepped in trying to talk to a manager and refused to get me a superior to try to talk to them. I been a donor since I was 18 years old and never had this problem."
